Can You Update Keywords To Match The Days Current Top Searches? And If You Do Will It Put You To The Top Of A?

google search for example if yahoo has” Christmas ideas” as a #1 search for the current day, and I went to re submit my keywords for url submission on google will that put me on or near the top? it seems logical no?

it may take weeks or months before your website is analyzed/spidered again updating your ranking
