Sampling Discount Perfumes
By
Why do people sample perfumes? It’s mainly because they want to see how it smells before they end up buying the fragrance. They don’t want to spend money on a fragrance that smells awful. And yet, some might be more forgiving when it comes to discount perfumes… especially the ones that are designed to be imitations of designer brands. Since they already know how the fragrance smells, why waste their time? Besides, it’s not like stores are encouraging people to actively sample discount perfume.Well, even if you already know how discount perfume smells, you should still try to sample it. And the reason why does not even relate to its smell, but rather whether or not the perfume causes a reaction on your skin. Since discount perfumes tend to use less expensive ingredients, there might be a slight chance you could develop an allergic reaction.Of course, this is not to say that designer brands don’t cause the same problem. It is just that when people are paying $50 or more for a brand of perfume, they are already sampling… in fact, most perfume outlets even encourage it. But if a brand of discount perfume costs less than $5, there might not be as much of a push towards sampling. With that being said, how can a person get started with sampling discount perfumes? If they cannot get samples at a store, they may have to do some research online. Some companies may send samples right to your door. These samples would be distributed in small packets, similar to how perfume samples work in the magazines. Some sites will take things a step further. To get an idea of how, simply enter the keyword “free discount perfume” into a search engine. The resulting sites may end up giving you a real bottle of discount perfume. In return, you may have to sign up for a free trial, fill out a survey or refer friends to the site. So, you are still giving something back, but at least it’s not ‘real’ money.
